LET’S TALK ABOUT PRICE !

 Our puppies start at $750 (full-bred Havanese or Havanese-hybrid)

 which is just enough to cover our costs.

WHY ?

Our AKC Sires & Dames descend from the healthiest, champion bloodlines, carefully selected by traveling all over the United States.

Our typical dam, lovingly raised as part of our family, and having maturated to her second heat, enjoys her "honeymoon" with one of our sires in our walkout basement & side yard "resort." 

Second, third & fourth honeymoons are celebrated every other heat, resulting in only four small litters followed by an early retirement while in her prime! We do not use fertility drugs, nor do we 'force tie.'

During her bearing years, each dame is tasked with nursing and nurturing only one 

fourth the number of pups that most breeders use up their dames producing.

Pro-rating the cost for our dams and sires over so few pups, then, is our biggest expense.

Our “moms & dads” are never penned; instead, they free roam with us in our four story home with 24/7 access to  our several large yard areas, via three dog doors.

New puppies get the same freedom: once a new pup can scramble over the 2-inch high door threshold of their nursing crate, they free range throughout our second floor!

In other words, our guys have literally 100 times more room to roam than kennel breeders provide.

A “Life Sentence” in a pen is simply inhumane.

But, most importantly, we lovingly socialized our pups by having them play with many different people & family member, including: other adult dogs, exotic birds and cats.

 (“All Dogs Go to Heaven” - Ours are already there!)

Additionally, we never use pesticides or herbicides, and “scoop” five times each day.

Both parents and pups receive the best care available: diet, supplements, vet care, exercise, recreation, socialization & early training.

Lastly, the cost of products & vets have greatly increased over the last several years. 

We are exceedingly thankful to God for blessing us to be able to provide your pup at cost.

 All of the above humane, loving breeding practices produce the most healthy, well nurtured pups available anywhere!
